Return & Exchange Policy
Returns will not be acceptable under any circumstances. We are dedicated as a team and as a resource for our community in receiving the most valuable products along with exceptional customer services to every customer who support our vision. We do understand that we are not perfect, and mistakes will happen despite our careful efforts in delivering you the most valuable experience. Returns will not be acceptable under any circumstances unless we find it vital to the company and customers included.
While returns are not acceptable, we will accept exchanges under valuable circumstances. We do understand being an ecommerce store, misunderstandings do occur. Therefore, we will accept exchanges under valuable circumstances of the item purchased and exchange of a different item in store. Item being exchanged must be in great shape and quality as bought and must be exchanged wit 7 days of receiving order. Please fill out a contact form for a customer representative to get in touch with you if you are in need of any exchanges.
Shipping Policy
Shipping will done through your local USPS services, all orders will be shipped every Monday of the new week. So, if you order on a Wednesday night, please expect your order to be shipped the following Monday. If you order on a Monday before noon, you can expect your order to shipped the same day. If you order Monday night your order will be shipped the following Monday. For local shoppers who would like to save shipping costs, we will be doing delivery services every Saturday from 12p-4pm for a $8 fee until the beginning of May. After May, delivery will be an option every Saturday between 4pm-6pm. We will have our office space open between 12pm-4pm every Saturday for local pick up and try-on. You must state in your order if you would prefer shipping, delivery or pick up.
